Please read the vendor agreement and then complete the vendor information form below by june 30.
By completing and submitting the vendor information form, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to abide by the rules and guidelines outlined in the vendor agreement.
We will respond to you via email within three business days to let you know if your application has been approved. If so, the email will include a link to use for payment of the $100 registration fee. Please note that the market space is limited to four vendors.
Vendor Agreement
If selected as an artist or vendor to participate in ML: THE POPUP HOUSE, I understand and will adhere to all operating rules and procedures listed below and any others that may be provided at a later date.
My vendor space will be open for business during all hours as set by the host.
I will bring and set up any props, furniture, and products needed to beautify vendor space as it correlates to the overall theme of event.
Load-in is at 3:30 p.m. (unless I receive advance notice of a change). I will adhere to times and instructions in order to help with an orderly setup.
I will pick up/clean up around my vendor space before leaving the event at the end of the event. I will follow the rule of “leave it better and cleaner than when I found it.”
I understand that Moore Looks is not responsible for my products throughout the duration of this event. Moore Looks is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. My products and all items brought by me or my team is my responsibility.
The individual vendor fee for this event is $100.00. Payment of this fee will reserve one vendor spot. I understand that vendors who have not paid their fees by June 14 will not be included in the pop-up. I understand that fees paid contribute to the growth and development of Moore Looks and that costs of the event which may include marketing/promotion, sanitation, security, staging, signage, etc. If I need to withdraw from the event I will do so in writing before July 2. I understand that if I cancel after July 2, no refunds are available.
I will show/sell my work as represented in the application submitted. Moore Looks reserves the right to close and/or remove artists who attempt to show/sell products/works not listed in the application, works of an incendiary nature, or the work of other artists. Vendor sharing is not permitted without the express written permission of Moore Looks.
